1. HOW TO MEASURE LUG WIDTH (MM) This determines the required strap width (e.g., 20mm).

• Step 1: Measure the internal distance between the upper lugs (Point A to Point B).

  HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WRIST

  1. Take a soft tape measure.

  2. Wrap the tape measure around the widest part of your wrist (typically where the bone protrudes).

  3. Ensure the tape measure is snug against your skin, but not tight, allowing for an accurate measurement.

  4. Read the measurement in either centimeters or inches.
